| - Simply place them anywhere in your house, backyard, by the pool, IN the pool (Spheres) or anywhere else and turn them on. |
Q2 - What are the dimensions of the party cubes?

| - The party cubes come in 3 dimensions, our most popular being the Medium (43x43cm) cube. Our large cube measures 60x60cm and the smallest right measures 10x15cm |
Q3 - What do I get with my rental?

| - Each rental will come with the requested LED product as well as 1 charge cable and remote control. |
Q4 - How long does the LED glow last on a single charge?
|
| - The length of charge can vary depending on how bright you set the light, but at full charge it should last roughly 8 hours. |
Q5 - Can I adjust the brightness and color of the LED lights?

| - Yes, there are 8 levels of brightness |
Q6 - Are the party cubes suitable for both indoor and outdoor events?

| - 100% they can be used inside and are Waterproof IP65 for outdoor use |

Q8 - Are the party cubes waterproof?

| - Yes, rated to IP65 - which means they are not affected by water or liquids on the exterior shell and can be left out in the light/medium rain. They are not intended to be submerged or exposed to high volumes of water. |
Q9 - Do you provide delivery and pickup services?

| - You can pick up your LED products at any time, but given the dimensions of the lights and how many you might rent at a time - your method and size of transportation will need to be addressed. |

Q10 - What is the rental duration and pricing structure?

| - Standard rentals are for 24 hour period, but longer times can be accommodated |
Q11 - Can I customize the LED lighting to match my event theme or branding?

| - Each LED has 16 different color settings, each one can be changed individually to suit your needs. We ARE able to customize the products to your event/occasion - the details and costs are to be determined upon further discussions. |
Q12 - Are there any safety precautions I need to follow while using the party cubes?

| - There are no major safety concerns, just help to ensure the small rubber tab that protects the charging port is closed. |
Q13 - Are the party cubes easy to clean and maintain?
|
| - All items will be provided at fully charged and clean. General cleaning a soft cloth and mild soap will do the trick. |
Q14 - Can I use the party cubes as both chairs and tables?
|
| - Yes, both our medium and larger cubes can be used as tables and/or chairs. |
Q15 - How sturdy are the party cubes? Can they support the weight of an adult?
|
| - Being as they are equal dimensions on all sides, they are quite sturdy and stable ensuring they have been placed on a smooth and flat surface. Both the medium and large cubes are rated to up to 300lbs. Please take necessary precautions. |
Q16 - What happens if one of the party cubes gets damaged during my rental period?

| - Contact us via phone or e-mail and we will do our best to remedy the issue ASAP. |
Q17 - Is there a minimum or maximum rental period or rate?

| - Yes, 24 hrs with a $100 value |
Q18 - Do you offer any package deals or discounts for larger events?

| - We have various rental combinations which can be found on our product page. Your can also build your own package |
Q19 - Can I use the party cubes with other types of furniture or decor?

| - Of course, only limited by your creativity |
Q20 - Are the party cubes suitable for children's parties?

| - Absolutely, with 16 color options and 4 color change settings (Strobe, Flash, Fade and smooth) you can set them and forget it. |
Q21 - How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

| - We prefer to have at least 2 days in advance to ensure all products are fully charged and ready. |
